Vivian Ralena

Vivian started her dancing career while she was in her sophomore year of high school in a Dance 1 elective course. Although she wasn’t as experienced as her peers, she clumsily pushed herself every day to become the best that she possibly could and soon developed a genuine passion and undying love for the art.

Vivian was the captain of the ACDC Dance Crew which specialized in performances for QuinceaƱeras and other celebratory events during the time that she danced on her high school drill team as a Creekview Cheval. After graduating high school, Vivian went on to dance for the Tyler Junior College Apache Belles where she traveled to Hawaii, Florida and California. She performed with the Apache Belles at multiple venues such as the Capital One Bowl, the Citrus Bowl, the Cattle Barons Ball, and The Big Super Bowl Event, to name a few. After graduating with her associates degree from TJC, she then went on to teach Advance Hip Hop at “A Body in Motion Dance Studio” in Carrollton, TX. During this time she was also an active member of the performance fraternity, Tau Delta Mu (also known as Total Dance Move) as one of the founding fathers and was then later titled with Vice Presidency all while studying as a full time student at the University of North Texas, where she is currently earning her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies with concentrations in marketing, rhetoric in writing, and communications.

Currently, Vivian is honored to be a Captain of the ECHL Allen Americans Ice Angels (directed by Stephanie Di-Biase Wheat), where she is serving her first year as a Veteran Cheerleader.
